Leaps and Bounds is hiring for a Registered Physiotherapist Job in Oakville, ON to join our growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. What You’ll Do
As a Registered Physiotherapist at Leaps and Bounds, you will evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions while creating individualized treatment plans designed to help patients recover and perform at their highest potential.
You will work with patients from diverse backgrounds, including artistic athletes and active individuals, while collaborating with fellow clinicians to create meaningful outcomes.

Compensation:

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Physiotherapy
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Professional Liability Insurance required
- Commitment to advanced clinical education and continued learning
- Currently pursuing or completed advanced training such as McKenzie Method, Sport Physiotherapy, FCAMPT, or equivalent certifications
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment approach
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat physical conditions and injuries
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, education, and treatment modalities as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Participate in clinic meetings and continuing education initiatives
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive treatment environment
- Stay current with evidence-based physiotherapy practices and guidelines
- Contribute positively to clinic culture and daily operations
